Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Happy Thanksgiving! Last night, Blackjack came over to stay for the four day weekend. I was surprised to see him come out of the car with his daddy but I was super excited to know that he was staying. We wrestled for hours and woke my mommy up at 6 in the morning because we were body slamming each other on her bed. haha..it was so much fun, but she didn't appreciate it too much. Mommy took us to the doggy park and there were so many more doggies there than usual. We had a blast. After we got back mommy went to the grocery store to pick up some last minute items for dinner. I could tell that today was a special day because she put on the special necklace that she made for me and a bandana on for Blackjack.




Then mommy went to slave away in the kitchen for hours and didn't come out again until her friend came over for dinner. I didn't know who he was, or at least I don't remember him so I was very wary. Here is my mommy in the kitchen making some yummy food.





After watching my mommy, her roommate, and her friend eat their dinner, I was really hungry and so was Blackjack. She made us our Thanksgiving dinner which consisted of mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and a little bit of gravy. Yum yum. It was delicious. I wolfed it down, even faster than Blackjack which is abnormal. I think that I ate too fast because I went into a comatose state after eating, but mommy said that it was the turkey that was making me sleepy. Maybe it's the combination of turkey and a full day of wrestling with Blackjack.
